OUR SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES
* Most merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 3-5 business
days after your order has been placed before e-mailing us regarding shipping
and delivery times, etc.
We will notify you by e-mail after your merchandise has been shipped,
including tracking number.
Please note, in order to keep shipping costs for our customers as low
as possible, some items may ship USPS.
This will be at our discretion. This usually applies
to smaller items.
In this case, a proper tracking number cannot be provided.
Also, UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
Fedex is used very rarely and only on certain items, these items
are clearly marked.
A small handling charge is applied to automaticaly to the shipping cost.
* You may request UPS next day air, although, unless it is absolutely
necessary, we discourage you to do so as this is really very expensive.
* Items ordered at the same time, may not be shipped together and may
arrive at different times. Note: Your original shipping charge remains the
same. You are not be charged shipping for out-of stock or back-ordered item/s
twice.
* We try very hard to update our website, however, now and again an item
will be out of stock or back-ordered.
You may choose to cancel your order, in which case your account will be
refunded with the full amount of your purchase.
Or, you may choose to have it shipped at a later date.
* Some websites offer 'free shipping' or other incentive to buy. This is
usually 'hidden' by adding to the cost of the merchandise, or in some other
way. We offer, we think, reasonable prices and fair shipping costs, in an
effort to keep our prices as low as we can, with shipping costs, at times,
being subsidised by ourselves.
Please note, however, heavy items, regardless of price or
size, will include a small additional shipping charge.

OUR REFUND POLICY
If an item is unsatisfactory to you, for any reason, or has been damaged
during shipment, you may request a replacement, or a full refund (minus
shipping charges). The choice is yours!
We do ask that you notify us (via e-mail) within one week of receipt of
your order of your intent to return the item. Please enclose an explanation as
to the reason for doing so, and return in original packaging for item to be
replaced or refunded. As soon as we receive the item in question, your account
will be credited the actual amount of the item returned, or, a replacement
will be shipped to you, if you so chose this option.
* Out of stock items *
We try very hard to keep our website up todate, but now
and again an item will be ordered that is out of stock.
We will let you know as soon as possible and you will have the option of
waiting for the item to become available,or cancelling that item, and your
money will cheerfully be refunded.
If you order multiple items and part of that order includes 'out of
stock' items, you will not be charged extra when that item is re-stocked and
shipped to you. Again, you may also choose to cancel the out of stock item and
your money (for the out of stock item) will be cheerfully refunded.
OUR GUARANTEE
We want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with any item you
order from us, which is why every item we sell comes with our simple100%
guarantee. Any item you are not happy with, for any reason, may be returned
(at your expense) as long as you notify us within the one week period to
return the item in question, under the guidelines specified above, and as soon
as we have received said item, we will promptly and cheerfully refund or
replace the item in question, depending on the option chosen.
